Below are the steps to access your certificate.
  1. Login into your account at
    • Once you login into your account you will see SEMINAR section.
  2. In the SEMINAR section, click the "Add" button under the Evaluation Form column. 
    • This will open your evaluation form for that seminar. 
    • You must fill out your evaluation form before you can access your Certificate and Letter of Attendance
  3. Once the evaluation has been completed, click the "Download" button next to Certificate in the far right column.
*Please note that it can take several days after you have attended your seminar for it to reflect in your account.
