Below are the steps to access your certificate.
- Login into your account at Kinesiotaping.com
- Once you login into your account you will see SEMINAR section.

In the SEMINAR section, click the "Add" button under the Evaluation Form column.
- This will open your evaluation form for that seminar.
- You must fill out your evaluation form before you can access your Certificate and Letter of Attendance
- Once the evaluation has been completed, click the "Download" button next to Certificate in the far right column.
*Please note that it can take several days after you have attended your seminar for it to reflect in your account.
